Script Description
This script will put non-parametric length parameters underneath points that are in an exclusive Geometrical Set. These lengths will be based on the an axis system that is not the main axis system in the part. If you are referencing between other parts, make a new axis system that matches the placement of the other.
How to Use This
Make a Geometrical Set of Points.
Make an Axis System.
Just download and run the code.

Things to Note
Must be run in a CATPart. If you are trying to reference two parts axis systems, make a new axis system that happens to be coincident with the outside axis. Then run the code.
One advantage to the appended parameters is that you can use a Data Sheet to report the values. If your intention is to use Data Sheets, you should name your Axis System something that does not use a "space" character, prior to running the script.
